- For checked baggage, drop it at the baggage counter at least 60 minutes before departure.
- Declare your health status during check-in, as required by government regulations.
- Web check-in is not available for unaccompanied minors or passengers requiring medical assistance.
- Carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN card) for domestic flights or passport and visa for international flights.

Use the Akasa Air mobile app or website for a seamless check-in experience. Enter your PNR and last name or email, select your seat (or skip for auto-assignment), and download your boarding pass as a mobile-friendly PDF or digital pass (e.g., Apple Wallet). Mobile boarding passes are accepted at most airports. Note: Some users have reported app glitches with seat selection; contact customer care if issues persist.
